Host an RBO Networking Lunch in your city, and we'll help cover the cost.
How It Works
As an approved RBO Meetup Host, you'll organize a networking lunch for local business owners and entrepreneurs, whether they are current RBO members or not. ALL are welcome.
Whether you host monthly or quarterly, the goal is simple:
Build relationships. Create opportunities. Grow the RBO community.
RBO will sponsor the lunch by reimbursing the food costs.
Host Responsibilities
As the host, you'll:
- ✔Choose a date, time, and local restaurant.
- ✔Invite current RBO members and prospective members.
- ✔Wear your RBO shirt and/or hat.
- ✔Let attendees know the lunch is proudly sponsored by Real Business Owners.
- ✔Take a few group photos.
- ✔Post them on social media and tag Real Business Owners, Rick Trimmer, Trevor Cowley, and Kayla Brown.
- ✔Have guests also follow the RBO Podcast and social media pages.
- ✔Submit your receipt for reimbursement.
RBO Will Cover
Food costs up to $10–15 per person
Keep it simple. The focus isn't the food, it's the relationships. Please be respectful of the budget so we can continue investing in members across the country.
Build Something Great
If your meetup consistently attracts 10+ recurring attendees, Rick or Trevor will personally travel to your city once a year to join your event, depending on their schedules.

Take photos
Capture the room and the group during your event.
Post and tag
Tag RBO, Rick, Trevor, and Kayla on social media.
Grow the circle
Have attendees follow the podcast and RBO social pages.
Send the receipt
Submit the reimbursement form and we'll pay you back.
We'll reimburse you. Simple.
