Welcome to Real Business Owners ("RBO"). These Terms of Service govern your participation in our 1:1 Consulting programs, Membership communities, and Podcast opportunities. Please read this Agreement carefully. By purchasing services, joining as a member, or participating as a podcast guest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Part A — 1:1 Consulting
A1. Our Commitment
RBO provides strategic business consulting, leadership development, accountability, and mentorship to help entrepreneurs grow personally and professionally. Our role is to provide guidance, perspective, and experience. Your role is to implement.
A2. Your Commitment
All RBO 1:1 Consulting packages require a minimum 90-day commitment. Meaningful change takes consistency, implementation, and time. By enrolling, you agree to commit to the full ninety-day consulting period.
A3. Consulting Packages
Your consulting services are based on the package you selected during checkout. Package details, communication access, meeting frequency, and deliverables vary by package. Your selected package determines the consulting services provided.
A4. Payments
Payment is collected securely through Stripe. By purchasing consulting services, you authorize Real Business Owners to charge the payment method provided according to your selected payment plan. If you selected a recurring package, payments will continue automatically unless canceled after your initial commitment period.
A5. Cancellation Policy
Your initial commitment is ninety (90) days. Consulting may be canceled after the initial commitment by providing written notice before your next billing date. Early cancellation does not eliminate the responsibility for payments due during the initial commitment period.
A6. Refund Policy
Because consulting time is reserved specifically for each client, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed consulting sessions, failure to participate, early cancellation, lack of implementation, or dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of action or results.
A7. Scheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending consulting sessions. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible and use the link to schedule your calls. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
A8. Results Disclaimer
Real Business Owners does not guarantee revenue increases, profit, sales, business growth, lead generation, investment returns, or personal success. Every business, market, and entrepreneur is different. Your results depend upon your own implementation, effort, consistency, experience, and market conditions.
A9. Client Expectations
To get the most from consulting, we ask that you show up prepared, complete agreed-upon action items, be honest, be coachable, respect scheduled meeting times, and take ownership of your business and decisions. The greatest results come from those who consistently implement.
A10. Communication
Communication outside scheduled consulting sessions is provided only if included within your selected package. We do our best to respond promptly; however, response times may vary based on travel, events, and availability.
A11. Confidentiality
Real Business Owners respects your privacy. Business strategies, financial information, personal conversations, and proprietary information shared during consulting will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law. We ask that you extend the same respect to any proprietary information, systems, or materials shared by RBO.
A12. Intellectual Property
All consulting materials remain the property of Real Business Owners. This includes, but is not limited to, frameworks, worksheets, documents, templates, videos, presentations, processes, and training materials. These materials are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be copied, sold, distributed, or shared without written permission.
A13. Media Release
From time to time, RBO may capture photos, videos, testimonials, or recordings during coaching sessions, events, podcasts, or other interactions. By participating, you grant RBO permission to use this content for educational and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.
A14. Limitation of Liability
By participating in consulting services, you acknowledge that all business decisions remain your responsibility. RBO shall not be liable for any business losses, financial losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or other outcomes resulting from decisions made by the Client.
A15. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
RBO reserves the right to refuse or discontinue consulting services if a client becomes abusive or disrespectful, violates this Agreement, engages in illegal activity, or creates an environment that prevents a productive consulting relationship.
A16. Changes to This Agreement
Real Business Owners reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in consulting services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Part B — Membership
B1. Membership Overview
RBO membership programs, including Inner Circle and The Family, provide access to community calls, events, resources, networking, and member-exclusive opportunities. Memberships are offered on a recurring basis and are subject to these Terms.
B2. Eligibility & Application
Membership is open to business owners and entrepreneurs who meet the standards of the community. RBO reserves the right to approve or decline any application and to remove any member whose conduct is inconsistent with community values.
B3. Billing & Payments
Membership dues are billed automatically through Stripe or the payment method selected at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize Real Business Owners to charge the payment method on file according to your selected billing frequency until cancellation. Annual memberships automatically renew for another annual term unless canceled in writing before the renewal date.
B4. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received after a billing date will take effect at the end of the current paid period. Annual memberships remain active through the end of the annual term and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
B5. Refund Policy
Membership dues are generally non-refundable. Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual memberships requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase. No refunds are provided for monthly memberships or for failure to use member benefits.
B6. Member Conduct
Members are expected to participate respectfully, protect confidentiality, avoid solicitation that disrupts the community, and uphold the standards of the group. RBO may suspend or terminate membership for abusive, dishonest, illegal, or disruptive behavior without refund.
B7. Events & Experiences
Member events, adventures, and experiences may require separate registration, deposits, or travel arrangements. Event participation is subject to additional terms provided at registration. Member discounts on partner events are subject to partner availability and terms.
B8. Member Content & Sharing
RBO encourages members to celebrate wins, share insights, and promote the community. Members are welcome to post, screenshot, and share community content outside the group, provided they do so respectfully and do not disclose another member's confidential business or personal information without permission. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that RBO and other members may take photos, videos, screenshots, or recordings during events, Zoom calls, meetups, and other interactions, and you agree that such content may be posted and shared for educational, promotional, and community-building purposes.
B9. Media Release
From time to time, RBO may capture photos, videos, testimonials, or recordings during membership events, Zoom calls, meetups, adventures, and other interactions. By participating, you grant RBO permission to use this content for educational and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.
B10. Intellectual Property
All member resources, training materials, frameworks, and community content remain the property of Real Business Owners. Members receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use and may not redistribute, sell, or repurpose these materials.
B11. Termination & Changes
RBO reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. RBO may terminate membership for violation of these Terms or for conduct harmful to the community.
Part C — Podcast Participation
C1. Guest Application
Guests may apply to appear on Real Business Owners or affiliated podcasts through the application form. Submission does not guarantee selection, air date, or publication. RBO reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.
C2. Recording & Release
By participating in a podcast recording, you grant Real Business Owners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, distribute, publish, promote, and otherwise use your appearance, voice, likeness, name, and story in any media format.
C3. Content Usage & Editing
RBO retains full editorial control over podcast episodes. Recordings may be edited, transcribed, excerpted, or combined with other content. Guests understand that final episodes may differ from the raw recording.
C4. No Compensation
Podcast appearances are unpaid. Neither the guest nor RBO owes compensation for the appearance unless a separate written sponsorship or partnership agreement exists.
C5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Guests agree to honor scheduled recording times. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from future consideration.
C6. Representation & Warranty
Guests represent that they have the right to share any information provided during the recording, that their statements are truthful, and that their appearance does not violate any third-party rights or agreements. RBO reserves the right to decline publication if content is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.

By checking the acceptance box during checkout or submitting an application, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
- You understand the commitment, billing, and cancellation terms that apply to your selected service.
- You authorize the selected payment plan, if applicable.
- You understand that results are not guaranteed.
- You agree to the refund and cancellation policies.
- You agree to participate professionally and respectfully in all RBO programs and interactions.
